The Mission: Beyond the Football Field

At Circle Up Sports, we believe some of the most meaningful moments in sports happen after the final whistle.

Throughout Texas, it's common to see football players, cheerleaders, and coaches come together in prayer following a game. Regardless of the final score, athletes who spent the evening competing against one another gather in a circle, united by something greater than the game itself.

But why should that tradition be limited to football?

Our mission is simple: to encourage the tradition of postgame prayer to spread beyond the football field and onto every court, diamond, track, and playing field.

We want to inspire athletes from opposing teams to set aside their rivalries, join together in voluntary prayer, and build connections through faith and fellowship.

Proverbs 27:17 reminds us that iron sharpens iron, just as one person sharpens another. We believe those moments of fellowship can strengthen athletes both on and off the field.

We're starting with the small schools and communities of Texas, but our hope is to see these circles grow everywhere.
